The Portal is Opening

You’re invited to enter the realm of play – a magical kingdom where even adults are inspired to be kids again. Join us for another season of immersive fun where clocks stand still and cell phones are forgotten. Bring a lunch and listen to the birds singing as you sit under a parachute canopy.

We officially start the 2024 season on Sunday, April 21st.

The airplane is airborne and older kids will be given a special key to “FLY” the plane.

The big blue building has been rebuilt into a PLAY BARN for the youngest kids. It includes a tunnel, slide, railroad table, wooden cars and trucks and big cardboard Lego type building blocks. There's also a loft to explore, baby chicks to watch and the “gizmo wall”. For mom, there’s a lounge area with a rocking chair, changing table, and a couch. Soon we will be adding a piano.

The roller coaster will be coming soon and a dance floor near the music stage is in the works. Over the summer, 5 micro stores are planned to be built: A toyshop, Children’s bookstore, the hattery, I spy photography, and Cindy’s Herbs.

This year’s daily price is still $10 for ages 2-15 and a season pass is $50 per student. As always, those families with lots of kids only pay for the first 4 (the rest are free). If you want a season pass and you live more than 40 miles away, your pass is half price.

Also join us for Earth Day, Saturday, April 20th at Buffalo Creek Retreat in Seville. We will have baby chicks to hold and you can take a peek at my almost-ready-to-publish book called: ’It“s About Play”.
